Displaying the Warehouse Scheduler

  1. Select SALES | SCHEDULER.

Micronet displays the Warehouse Scheduler.

Technical Tip

  • If you have a wide screen and want to see more information on the Warehouse Scheduler screen, you can use the Wide Warehouse Scheduler instead – see "Sales - Wide Scheduler".
  • If more than 10,000 records are to be displayed, Micronet displays a message telling you how many records there are and asking if you want to continue. To reduce the number of records displayed, you need to make selections in the Select Status Filters screen – see "Selecting the Picking Slips to View (v2.8)".
  1. Select a tab according to which paperless process you want to check or maintain:
  1. If you want to change the order in which transactions are displayed on any tab of the Warehouse Scheduler, right click in the list area of the screen and select SORT LIST.

Micronet displays the Sort Columns screen.

Sort Columns

  1. Select the sort order in which transactions should be displayed by selecting one Primary, one Secondary and one Third sort column.

For example, to display transactions:

  1. Select the Ok button.

Micronet redisplays the Warehouse Scheduler with the transactions displayed in the new sort order. The transactions will continue to be displayed in this order until you change the order again.

  1. If required, you can redisplay the Sort Columns dialogue and select the Default button to return to the default sort order.

Technical Tip

You can quickly change the order in which transactions are displayed by double clicking on any column header. For example, you can double click on the Priority column header to display picking slips in priority order, or you can double click on the Debtor column header to display the transactions in debtor number order. The transactions will continue to be displayed in the last selected order until you change the order again.
